DELIVERY METHODS.
Orders are delivered throughout Ukraine and European countries by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta services.
NOVA POSTHA
Delivery by Nova Poshta is carried out:
- to a branch
- to a post office
- by a Nova Poshta courier
Delivery is carried out the same day if paid before 12:30.
Delivery is carried out on the next business day if paid after 12:30.
Goods are shipped from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
Delivery across Ukraine takes 1 to 2 days.
Please note! The order is stored at the NP warehouse for no more than 5 business days, then it is returned to the sender.
The order can be received by the person whose data is entered in the transport declaration as the recipient, or by the recipient's authorized person.
To receive it, you must have a passport with you.
Orders with delivery by Nova Poshta are carried out according to the carrier's work schedule.
IMPORTANT! Dear customers, if you choose the "cash on delivery" method (payment for the goods upon receipt at the post office), you always pay FORPOST services (UAH 20 + 2% of the amount). This is a Nova Poshta service that is paid separately from the delivery cost.
When receiving your order, carefully inspect the received goods for damage. If your order was damaged by Nova Poshta during transportation, do not accept it and immediately notify us about it.
Claims regarding damage to the goods after receipt are not accepted.
BY UKRPOSHTA
We ship orders by Ukrposhta on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Delivery takes from 2 to 4 days. (Due to the situation in the country, delivery may take longer).
Please note! The order is stored at the UP warehouse for no more than 5 business days, then it is returned to the sender.
Only the person whose data is entered in the transport declaration as the recipient can receive the order.
You must have a passport with you to receive it.
Orders with delivery by Ukrposhta are carried out according to the carrier's work schedule.
IMPORTANT! Dear customers, delivery by Ukrposhta is carried out only upon 100% payment to a current account or online payment by MonoPay.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER
You can pay for the order at a Nova Poshta branch at the time of receipt.

The seller may request prepayment in some cases. Prepayment is not refundable, except in cases of damage to the goods that was discovered at the Nova Poshta branch upon receipt.

You can make an online payment through the Monopay secure payment system when placing an order on the website.
