Return conditions


According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, perfumery and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.


According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product does not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used by him for its intended purpose.

Goods that cannot be returned:

As with any rule, there are exceptions to the difficult matter of returning goods. The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" approved the List of Goods of Proper Quality that are Not Subject to Exchange (Return). In addition to food products, medicines and products, and sanitary hygiene items, this list presents a complete list of non-food products that are not subject to return". These include:

• - perfume and cosmetic products;

• - products in aerosol packaging;

and others not related to the assortment of our online store.

In this regard, we ask you to place orders responsibly, being sure of the name of the product, having clear information about the manufacturer of the product. Also, please make sure whether you have chosen men's or women's perfumes or cosmetics, and what volume, in order to avoid ordering incorrectly. In case of an error on the part of the seller, the goods will be replaced with the correct one, or a refund will be made, according to the application from the buyer within three days from the moment of receipt of the order, minus shipping costs.

In all other cases, the purchased goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.


The seller takes all measures to ensure the most reliable packaging of the order. Upon receipt of the order, the buyer inspects the received goods for damage. If the package was damaged by the carrier during transportation, the buyer does not accept delivery due to damage and immediately informs the seller about it. In this case, the buyer has the right to receive back the money paid for the goods and does not pay shipping costs. Claims in connection with damage to the goods after receipt are not accepted.

An order sent by cash on delivery is stored at the Nova Poshta branch for no more than 5 days. At the buyer's request, the period can be extended to 7 days. If the Buyer does not pick up the order on time, the parcel is returned to the sender.

Payment/prepayment is refunded minus shipping and packaging costs.
